We had taken over a very run down business premises which required a total refit in a very limited timeframe. The look and feel we were trying to create was a contemporary business style but with an intimate atmosphere . With five very large windows one of the key elements of this refit was the window dressing. Visiting several local Window Treatment suppliers we just weren’t getting the service we were looking for, that being- friendly, fast, within budget, contemporary design and a well-made product.

Online I found Roller Blinds NZ, I liked what I saw on the website, filled in an order form and went from there. All my communications with Roller Blind NZ staff were fantastic and the end product which arrived on time, within budget and looks superb, is one of our favourite décor pieces. Although Roller Blinds NZ is based in Auckland and we are in Wellington this posed no problem what so ever.

We recently ordered some Roller Blinds NZ block out and sunscreen blinds for our bedroom and kitchen. It was so easy! First they sent us some colour samples. The swatches were large, which made choosing colours very straight forward. Then we followed the easy measurement guidelines on the website and placed our order. Within one working day the customer service rep, Viv, got in touch to confirm our measurements, and she gave me great advice about how the blinds would fit my particular window frames.

Less than 10 days later our new blinds arrived and we installed them easily. The block out blinds keep the bedroom dark, and the sunscreen blinds keep our kitchen from roasting in the afternoon sun. They all fit perfectly and make our house look so nice!

Roller Blinds NZ really know their craft. We were a little nervous about ordering blinds online, but they made it a breeze.

We got our roller blinds today, thank you so much for the quick delivery! We put it up straight away, now we are in bed in our new pitch black room (the first time since we moved in 3 years ago), and it looks awesome!

I ordered online on Tuesday, they phoned me within 2 hours to confirm the measurements and that we had measured correctly, by Wednesday they emailed to say the blinds were on the courier, they arrived Thursday. The blinds are great and fit perfectly.

It is with great pleasure that I submit a testimonial for the team at Roller Blinds NZ. From day 1 of contact they were so helpful. They did say that it could take up to 10 days to deliver and we were pleasantly surprised at how quick our order had arrived considering we were the indecisive ones when it came to choice, colours etc. We chose block out blinds for our studio and the backing as white. We couldn’t believe how much light the blind actually “blocked out” well done. As we installed the blinds ourselves we initially had some minor issues after a phone call to Roller Blinds turned out our maths wasn’t bang on! Roller Blinds were prompt in responding to my frantic cries for help”haha”. It turned out that we were a few mills out.

We’ve had no problems with the blinds and everyone is asking where we sourced our lovely blinds from! Thank you Roller Blinds NZ, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone who is looking for prompt services and good old fashion value for money.

P.S. We paid just over half of what a local company had quoted us and they couldn’t guarantee we would have them before 3 weeks in time for our opening.

The blind arrived in excellent order and is now fitted. It fits perfectly and the valance was a feature that I wasn’t expecting but was delighted to have. I am very impressed with the quality of the blind and the ease of fitting it.
